From my first contact with Fraser through to job scheduling with Erin and then site work by Cooper I was impressed with the friendliness and commitment to service that I received. Very happy with the experience from beginning to end.

Fraser arrived promptly as he was available, as I had no power. After a quick inspection he announced the motherboard needed dismantling. I suggested that perhaps why didn't we just flick each switch to identify where the fault lay. He seemed surprised but agreed. It turned out to be the stove. He suggested he could buy and install the new stove. I agreed. He came and installed it, and also supplied me with a 'new' scraper that was filthy and rusted. He charged me $1000, as well as the earlier call out of course. The first time I switched on the new stove, it weirdly had all the same marks and scratches as the old stove. This was only apparent when.the stove was heated. I would NOT recommend this person.
